Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer returns?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review it. Items must be unworn and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
How should I care for my bracelet?
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with water, fragrance, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
