At Carré, we stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to shop with confidence.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing preferences, or general dissatisfaction after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@carre.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
To be eligible for any resolution, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Carré reserves the right to deny refund or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
