Once shipped, estimated delivery times typically range from 5–12 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or periods of high demand.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Carré is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Carré is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our control.
